Cancellation

When staying less than 7 nights:

• Cancellation or modification up to 21 days before the arrival date: no costs
• Cancellation from 21 to 14 days before the arrival date: 25% of the total costs
• Cancellation from 14 to 7 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total cost
• Cancellation from 7 to 1 days before the arrival: 75% of the total cost
• Cancellation from 1 day before arrival and no-show: the full amount of the reservation

When staying more than 6 nights:

• Cancellation or modification done within 24 hours after booking: no costs
• Cancellation or modification up to 90 days before the arrival date: no costs
• Cancellation from 90 to 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total cost
• Cancellation from 30 to 14 days before the arrival date: 75% of the total cost
• Cancellation from 14 days before arrival and no-show: the full amount of the reservation
